What is the ball park square footage price to finish with framing a bedroom, installing a bath and the rest as media room with bar? I realize this is general, but I want a general idea of costs. I am interested in adding on to my home while in the middle of our rebuilding. My current home is 1632 sf. What I would like to do is add on to my kitchen and master bed room, both are in the back of the the home but on both levels (the home is a two story). Approx add on is 342 sf or a 9w x 23l. I would like to convert my garage into an office. I would like to raise the floor so that it matches the house. The garage has a bathroom that also needs to be raised. Inside the garage is AC, and gas water heater. Gaage has already been enclosed by previous owner. Would prefer someone with references in garage conversions, so I can see your work.

I am buying a house and need the garage remodeled. It is a 2 door garage made from brick and stone and I need a door put in on the side and a dividing wall inside with a door. I want to be able to still open the existing door.

Add 8 foot by 21 foot extension to family room including dormer type roof over addition with sliding glass door on 8 foot wide wall and floor to ceiling windows on 21 foot wide wall. Slope of yard will result in additon being about 4.5 feet above ground. Exterior brick up to floor level with vinyl siding from floor level to roof.
